Kanaev Ilya is a philosopher from Russia, graduated from Moscow State University, got a PhD at Russian Academy of Sciences, was an associate professor at Moscow University for the Humanities. In 2015 came to China to make a postdoc research at Jinan University (Guangzhou), currently a researcher at Philosophy Department of Sun Yat-sen University (Guangzhou). His research focuses on epistemology, aesthetics and Zhou Yi. He published 7 monographs and 10 research articles indexed in the A&HCI database.
