Feyza Gorez is an assistant professor in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Erciyes University, holding a Ph.D. in Sinology from Ankara University. She serves as a founding board member of the Interdisciplinary Asian Studies Program at the same institution and was a founding organizer of the the International Symposium on Asian Languages and Literatures (ADES), a biennial conference series established in 2011. In November 2023, she was appointed as a Youth Committee Member of the World Conference on Sinology.

Her research focus on Chinese language, literary studies and cultureanalysis. Her academic works include papers and book chapters on the Chinese language, literature and culture. Her scholarly contributions have been presented at various national and international conferences specializing in Chinese and Asian studies.
