Huang Biyun is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, City University of Macau. She holds a Ph.D. in Education Information and Technology from the University of Hong Kong and served as a postdoctoral researcher at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her primary research interests include STEM education, AI application in education, gamified learning, technology-enhanced pedagogy, innovative talent cultivation, and teacher professional development.

She has received prestigious awards, such as the Most Innovative Poster Award from the World Education Research Association (WERA) and Best Presentation at the International Conference on Education and Information Technology (ICEIT). She has led or participated in major research projects, including: “Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Care and Creative Action Project Program” and “Effective Use of Gamification in Higher Education Curriculum: Design and Evaluation of Higher Education Courses Based on the GAFCC Theoretical Framework". With over forty academic articles published in ‌Q1 SSCI journals‌ and international conferences, her contributions significantly advance interdisciplinary research in educational technology and pedagogy.
