Rodionov Aleksei, a sinologist, literary translator, Ph.D., professor, and doctoral supervisor. He currently serves as the Executive Deputy Dean of the School of Asian and African Studies at St. Petersburg State University, Vice Chairman of the Russia-China Friendship Association in St. Petersburg, a council member of the Confucius Institute at St. Petersburg University, and a visiting professor at Heilongjiang University. His main research interests include modern and contemporary Chinese literature, Sino-Russian literary relations, and translation studies.
