Jinjin Wu is an Associate Professor at the School of Government Management, Shenzhen University. Heholds dual leadership roles as Deputy Director of the Institute for Emerging Industries Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and ‌Deputy Director‌ of the Research Center for Disability Affairs in the Pioneering Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. He has been recognized under Shenzhen’s ‌"Pengcheng Peacock Plan"‌—a high-level talent recruitment initiative. His research focus on digital government, algorithmic decision-making, and public budgeting. He has published over 30 papers in top-tier and authoritative journals in public administration and sociology, both domestically and internationally, including American Review of Public Administration, Contemporary Politics(《美国公共管理评论》), Political Science Studies (《政治学研究》), Chinese Public Administration (《中国行政管理》), Public Administration Review (《公共行政评论》), Fiscal Research (《财政研究》), and Chinese Journal of Population Science (《中国人口科学》). His representative monograph is Research on China’s Agricultural Welfare Policy, and a representative article is AI Application Models and Risks in Public Decision-Making: A Comparative Case Study, published in Chinese Public Administration.
