Jinjin Wu is an Associate Professor at the School of Government Management, Shenzhen University. Heholds dual leadership roles as Deputy Director of the Institute for Emerging Industries Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and ‌Deputy Director‌ of the Research Center for Disability Affairs in the Pioneering Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. He has been recognized under Shenzhen’s ‌"Pengcheng Peacock Plan"‌—a high-level talent recruitment initiative. His research focus on digital government, algorithmic decision-making, and public budgeting.
