Wei Jin is currently an Associate Professor at University of Sanya. She holds a dual academic background as a Ph.D. candidate in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at Sichuan University and a Master’s student in International Chinese Language Education at East China Normal University. Her primary research interests include international Chinese language education, linguistics, and digital humanities. She previously taught at the Confucius Institute at the University of Turin in Italy. Dr. Jin has received several honors, including the National Third Prize and the First Prize in the Hainan Provincial Division in the inaugural Ministry of Education Teaching Innovation Competition for University Faculty, as well as two Provincial Second Prizes and two University-level First Prizes for Teaching Achievement. Her representative publication includes the paper “Several Issues in Identifying Names and Objects in Shang and Zhou Bronze Inscriptions.”
