Qi Su is currently a Tenured Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Researcher at the School of Foreign Languages and the Institute for Artificial Intelligence at Peking University. She also serves as the Deputy Director of the Digital Humanities Research Center‌ at Peking University.

Her main research interests include computational linguistics, natural language processing (NLP), corpus linguistics, and digital humanities. She has published extensively in top-tier international conferences such as Annual Meeting of the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL), The North American Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics (NAACL), The North American Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics (EMNLP), and The International Conference of World Wide Web (WWW), as well as in journals including Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Neural Networks, Neural Computing, ACM Transactions on Asian and Low-Resource Language Information Processing (TALLIP), and the International Journal of Corpus Linguistics (IJCL).

Dr. Su is the Associate Editor of the Studies in NLP series by Cambridge University Press and a member of the editorial board for the journal Cambridge Forum on AI: Culture and Society. She has led or participated in various research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Social Science Foundation, and the National Key R&D Program of China.
