Dai Liyan is a professor and director of the Department of Digital Economy in the School of International Economics and Politics of Liaoning University, Ph.D. of economics, council member of the Chinese Society of World Economics, council member of the China Society of Emerging Economies, council member of the Liaoning Society of World Economics, visiting scholar at Cornell University, a young top-notch talent of the Xingliao Talent Program of Liaoning Province, and a young top-notch talent of Liaoning University. Her main research interests include international investment, sovereign wealth funds, and regional cooperation in Northeast Asia.
