BAO Liang

BAO Liang (包亮) is the director of the Office of Chinese Language Council International, Zhejiang Normal University, a member of The International Society for Chinese Language Teaching, an editor of Research on International Chinese Education, Ph.D. in Education from East China Normal University. He has presided over three general projects of the International Chinese Language Annual Project of the Language Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education, one middle-aged and young sponsored project of the World Society for Chinese Language Teaching, and one philosophical and social science project of Zhejiang Province. His research focuses on International Chinese Education management, African Chinese Education and Confucius Institute management. His major publications include Exploration and Research on Confucius Institutes in Africa, and several books related to Affrica Chinese Education. He has published several academic papers, and a number of consulting reports have been adopted by the Ministry of Education and the relevant departments of Zhejiang Province.
