Vice-President Chen Yulu meets delegation from Helsinki Education and Research Centres

On the 17th of November,2008, Vice-President  Chen Yulu met with a delegation from Helsinki Education and Research Centres. Delegates included the External Director of the Helsinki University Confucius Institute, Kauko Laitinen, the Director of the Sinoa Education Centre and the Development Office of the Palmenia Continuing Education Centre, Tuomo Kauha, as well as Program Director of the Helsinki School of Economics, Margareta Soismaa.
