“Research Report on Volunteer Programme For International Chinese Teachers” Holds the Second Symposium on the Proposal

On July 23 and 24, 2009, “Research Report on Volunteer Programme For International Chinese Teachers” held the second symposium on the research report proposal in the Beijing Conference Center. This research project is led by Prof. Yang Huilin and Associate Prof. Chen Qijia, who are the researchers of IPCLC.

Ever since the beginning of this research project, IPCLC has been involved actively in organizing seminars, surveys and research for the project. Mr. Xu Lin, Director of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban), affirmed the first draft of the research report proposal and offered several suggestions. The second symposium aimed to adjust the structure of the research report. Currently, the project team has finished the second draft of the proposal and has started writing the major part of the research report.
