陈先红

Chen Xianhong serves as a counselor for the Wuhan Municipal Government and is an honored member of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). She holds the prestigious title of "Huazhong Distinguished Scholar" and serves as a specially appointed professor, second-rank professor, and doctoral supervisor at the School of Journalism and Information Communication, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). She is the founding director of the China Story Creativity and Communication Research Institute (a joint initiative between the China International Publishing Group and HUST) and vice president of the Chinese Association for History of Journalism and Mass Communication. Furthermore, she chaired the Public Relations Professional Committee of the association for its inaugural and second terms. Her research encompasses international communication of Chinese stories, public relations and strategic communication, new media and brand communication, among various other areas. She has spearheaded one major bidding project under the Ministry of, second-rank professor, and doctoral supervisor at the School of Journalism and Information Communication, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). Education's Key Research Initiatives, two National Social Science Fund projects, and approximately 20 provincial and ministerial-level commissioned research projects. Having published over 100 academic papers and authored more than 20 books and textbooks, her notable works include The Ecology of Public Relations , The Imagination of Public Relations: Perspectives, Theories, and Methods , and Meta-Narrative Communication Strategies for Telling China's Stories Well . Her translated works include Handbook of Strategic Communication and Excellence in Communication . She is recognized as a highly cited author in the research fields of 'telling China's stories well' and 'public relations', having made significant scholarly contributions to these disciplines.

Dai Yonghong

戴永红

Dai Yonghong is a National Leading Talent in Shenzhen, a Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Shenzhen University (SZU), serving as Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Director of the Institute for Regional and International Communication Studies, Director of the Center for Chinese Overseas Interests, and Director of the Bay of Bengal Regional Studies Institute. He is the Chief Expert of major projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education’s Key Research Base Projects. He holds prominent academic positions, including Vice President of the Chinese Association for Indian Ocean Studies, Deputy Director of the National Alliance for Regional and Country Studies Talent Development and Discipline Construction, Vice President of the Greater Bay Area European Studies Association, and Executive Council Member of the Chinese Association for South Asian Studies. He also serves as an Academic Committee Member of the China South Asian Studies Center at Sichuan University (a national high-end think tank), a Part-time Professor at the South Asian Institute of Sichuan University (SCU), a Guest Professor at the National Governance Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a Visiting Professor at the Swedish Institute for Security and Development Policy.

With a long-standing focus on international relations, regional and country studies, and the world economy, his current research and teaching areas primarily include regional and country studies (international politics and global strategy), world economy (international trade and energy cooperation), and international communication (strategic and global communication). He has authored 10 academic monographs, contributed to 10 edited volumes, and published over 100 scholarly articles. He has led two major projects of the National Social Science Foundation, two general projects of the National Social Science Foundation, one major project of the Ministry of Education’s Key Research Base, and more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level research projects. His academic achievements have been recognized with two Second Prizes for Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences from the Ministry of Education (in international studies), the Second Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Social Science Awards, the First Prize of the Shenzhen Social Science Awards, and the Third Prize of the Sichuan Provincial Social Science Awards.

Ding Anqi

丁安琪

Ding Anqi is a Professor at the International College of Chinese Studies, East China Normal University (ECNU), where she serves as Associate Dean and Deputy Director of the International Chinese Language Teacher Training and Research Base. She holds key academic leadership roles, such as Vice Chair of the Standards and Certification Committee of the International Society for Chinese Language Teaching (ISCLT) and Vice President of the International Chinese Language Promotion Branch of the Chinese Language Modernization Society. Additionally, she is a council member of the Shanghai Language Society. Her primary research focuses on international Chinese language education and teacher training in this field. She has published nearly 100 academic papers in prestigious journals such as Chinese Teaching in the World, Language Teaching and Linguistic Studies, Applied Linguistics, and Foreign Language World, in addition to authoring or editing over 20 monographs, compilations, and textbooks. She has led the development of key pedagogical frameworks, including the General International Chinese Curriculum Guidelines (Primary and Secondary Education) and the General International Chinese Curriculum Guidelines (Higher and Adult Education) . As a core contributor, she participated in formulating the Professional Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers and spearheaded the creation of Chinese language curriculum standards for primary and secondary schools in South Africa and Tanzania.

HONG, Tao

Hong Tao is currently the Assistant to the General Manager of Zhonghua Book Company, General Manager of Gulian (Beijing) Digital Media Technology Co., Ltd., where he holds the position of Senior Editor. He also serves as the head of the Key Laboratory of Ancient Books Digitization and Knowledge Engineering, a science and technology and standards key laboratory in the publishing industry under the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, as well as the head of the Digital Literature Branch of the Chinese Historical Documents Research Society.

He has long been engaged in research and publication work related to the digitization of ancient books. He has presided over numerous national key digitization planning projects for ancient books, including the "Fundamental Historical Records of China Knowledge Base"—a key electronic publication project under the 12th Five-Year Plan, Package 16 of the "Chinese Database Project"—a major cultural industry promotion project under the 12th Five-Year Plan; and the "Resource Platform for the Collation and Publication of Ancient Chinese Books," a key electronic publication project under the 13th Five-Year Plan.

Additionally, he presided over "General Resource Database of Chinese Sinology," a listed fund-raising project of China Publishing Group, and served as the person in charge of the construction and operation of the national platform system for digitizing resources of ancient books. Due to his outstanding contributions, Hong Tao was selected for the "2022 Publishing Convergence Development Talent Cultivation Program" by the National Radio and Television Administration.
